Lee Astridge has been an integral part of the BNZ Agribusiness Farm First Growth Programme Faculty from 2004 to 2010.

Lee developed and facilitated an ever increasing number of workshops and seminars on a range of topics from basic human resource skills, middle management training to leadership skills for owners and high level managers.  In addition to this she worked with our clients and professionals on our strategic planning workshop, ensuring that effective goal setting and planning became an essential part of a wide range of Agribusinesses.  These workshops are comprehensive and require participants to develop comprehensive plans for both the short and long term resulting in important changes in their lives and for their businesses.
