Datum Connect is a completely mobile business; a laptop, a mobile phone and a wireless internet connection is all that is needed for day-to-day activities. Staff can literally have access to essential resources anywhere as all the paperwork, forms, presentations, information, statistics and financials they require are online and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Datum Connect has a number of automated systems set up for basic administration duties and setting production tasks, saving time and helping the business run smoothly.

Datum Connect has no physical telephones, but instead uses a program called eyeBeam where calls are handled through computers and headsets.  This is an effective way for all team members to handle and redirect calls simultaneously - and makes typing and talking so much easier!

Datum Connect uses Skype to interact with team members within the business. As some employees work from home it provides and effective and efficient way to communicate.  Skype is a social networking software – allowing you to chat and make free calls over the internet to anyone else who has Skype.
